Albino Empowerment Foundation advocacy outreach empowering persons with albinism Community empowerment and albinism awareness program in Nigeria

Empowering Every Shade of Strength

The Albino Empowerment Foundation (AEF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting inclusion, dignity, and opportunity for persons living with albinism in Nigeria and across Africa.

We exist to challenge discrimination, raise awareness and create pathways to empowerment through education, healthcare, advocacy, and community support. At AEF, we believe that every person, regardless of skin tone or ability, deserves equal access to safety, self-worth and success.

Our programs focus improving lives of unprivileged persons with albinism through awareness,  demystifying negative perceptions about albinism, enabling  proactive care, reducing the barrier of healthcare access, educational support and skills development opportunities that enable individuals with albinism to thrive. We also engage families, schools, and communities to build empathy, understanding, and lasting change.

Guided by compassion, equality, and justice, AEF is driven by a shared vision, a world where people with albinism are seen, respected, and celebrated for their unique strengths, not their differences.

Together, we are not just raising awareness; we are transforming lives and illuminating hope for generations to come.
